My Wilhoit clients wanted to turn this home into an Airbnb and asked that I not only fully furnish the home down to the dishware, but that we do so in a fully eco-friendly way. This project included spatial planning, minimal kitchen and bath renovations, light fixture replacements, a custom living room wall unit build, wall paint selections, and landscaping designs. I sourced each piece for the home either vintage or second hand, with the exception of the bed and bath linens, which were selected from eco-friendly references and preferred selections that I provided for my clients.
