Project Details —
My clients expressed a desire for their space to feel both elevated and laid back. They made reference to 1970s Topanga Canyon and a neutral palette, with room for life to add playful pops of color. They already had an inclination towards a particular layout which I helped to solidify. After this initial consultation, we determined that we wanted to use a mix of vintage and contemporary crafted furniture pieces. And decided which area’s furniture pieces would need to be sourced. Furniture, rugs, lighting, and select smaller decor was sourced for the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, dining area, outdoor dining, and outdoor lounging area, as well as a work from home / creative project workspace.
